GOE XV Schedule of events

Monday June 20
12:00 Noon to ?????? Early registration. We will have some routes and maps for some self guided rides at registration.

Tuesday June 21
10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Registration All day long self guided tours
6:00 PM Officers meeting

Wednesday June 22
10:00 AM bike games
1:00 PM short 100 mile or less ride ( Local Harley shop planning no details yet )
6:30 PM GOE XV banquet and bike game awards.

Thursday June 23
10:00 AM Ralph Barnard memorial poker run (also being planned by Harley shop)
Poker run awards immediately after poker run.
5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Downtown party in Lexington.

Rally to be held at Lexington KY, June 21-23. Of course if you show up early, that would be great too as there is alot to see.
Please make reservations at The Ramada Inn, 2143 North Broadway, Lexington KY 40505. Phone number is 859-299-1261 and mention you are with the Cruiser Club. Room rates are $79.99 plus tax. This includes breakfast for 2 per room.

Deadlines:
May 1st-T-shirt orders and money needs to be sent to Brent Stripe.
May 23rd-Registration at the Host Hotel.
May 31st-Registration forms and money needs to be sent to Brent Stripe.

GOE's to Come

At the Round Table for GOE XIV in Lynchburg, Virginia, locations were chosen for GOE XV, GOE XVI, and GOE XVII!
Gathering of Eagles XV for 2011 we will celebrate the Fifteenth Gathering in Lexington, Kentucky June 21, 22, and 23, 2011.
Gathering of Eagles XVI for 2012 is being hosted by Chapter 06: Black Swamp, and will be in Northwest Ohio on June 19, 20, and 21, 2012.
Gathering of Eagles XVII for 2013 is being hosted by the Waynesboro, Virginia Chapter, and will be on June 18, 19, and 20, 2013.
