GOE's to Come

At the Round Table for GOE XIV in Lynchburg, Virginia, locations were chosen for GOE XV, GOE XVI, and GOE XVII!
Gathering of Eagles XV for 2011 we will celebrate the Fifteenth Gathering in Lexington, Kentucky June 21, 22, and 23, 2011.
Gathering of Eagles XVI for 2012 is being hosted by Chapter 06: Black Swamp, and will be in Northwest Ohio on June 19, 20, and 21, 2012.
Gathering of Eagles XVII for 2013 is being hosted by the Waynesboro, Virginia Chapter, and will be on June 18, 19, and 20, 2013.

Update on GOE XIV

COULD YOU PLEASE PASS ALONG THAT THE BLOCK OF ROOMS HAS BEEN FILLED, EXPANDED AND FILLED AGAIN, AND THAT IF ANY ONE HAS NOT GOTTEN THEIR ROOMS YET I WAS ABLE TO GET 3 MORE ADDED TILL THE 4TH OF JUNE AND THEN THEY WILL LET THEM GO. IT HAS ALSO BEEN BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT SOME PEOPLE HAVE BEEN SENT TO THE HOTEL'S NATIONAL RESERVATION CENTER AND WERE GOING TO BE CHARGED $99.00 A NIGHT IF ANY ONE HAS HAD THIS HAPPEN AND WENT AHEAD AND MADE THERE RESERVATIONS AT THAT RATE PLEASE CALL ME AT 434-390-2013 (CELL # ) AND I WILL TRY AND GET IT CHANGED BACK TO THE GROUP RATE. IT WOULD ALSO BE A GOOD IDEA TO CHECK THERE CONFIRMATION DATES, MOST EVERY ONES LOOKED RIGHT BUT I DID FIND 1 FROM ILLINOIS THAT WAS GIVIN JUST 1 NIGHT AND HAVE TRIED TO GET IT STRAIGHT BUT NOT GOTTEN A CONFIRMATION ON IT YET. THANKS HOPE EVERY ONE HAS A SAFE TRIP

GOE XIV Welcome Letter

Welcome to G.O.E. XIV
“Back Again in 2010”
Hosted by: Chapter 30 In Lynchburg, Virginia

We here in Chapter 30 have been working hard and are very excited to be hosting this years Gathering of Eagles. This year's rally will be in downtown Lynchburg, Virginia. It is located just two blocks from the James River and centrally located. There are Museums, Natural Wonders, the D-Day Memorial as well as many civil war attractions. For those of you that have not had enough SNOW, there is new park where you can Ski or Snowboard year round! We will provide both Guided and Self Guided Tours to accommodate your riding needs. Some will be long and some will be shorter. When you arrive, you will receive your Registration Package which will include Guided Tour Information as well as maps for some of the Unguided Tours along with many points of interest and local attractions. There is something for the entire family! If you would like to go somewhere that has not been previously mapped out, we will have Internet access to print directions for wherever you would like to go.

We have done everything possible, however with any venture today, we have suffered the affects of the wretched economy which has resulted in a slight increase in registration fees.

Cost Per Child (12 & Under) - $18.00
(When received by deadline date of May 8th, 2010) add $5.00 per person for late registration
