GOE XII Starts in One Week!

One more week until Gathering of Eagles XII right here in Indianapolis! Everyone please check your routes, there has been extensive flooding in Indiana.

Here is a satellite View of the hotel, with the areas shaded for the rally. This picture will appear on your schedule in your packets.

Please be careful pulling into the the road for the hotel, the pavement has not survived the winter and spring very well.

GOE XII Official Hotel Information

GOE XII - Indianapolis, Indiana - June 17th, 18th, and 19th

Room Rate: $72 plus tax per night. Room Rate is good for Sunday, June 15th through Friday, June 20th Checkout. You must call the Hotel, (317) 299 - 8400, and ask for the Cruiser Club Reservation to get this rate, and get booked into the rooms that are being held for GOE XII. Rooms will be held until 30 Days, May 18th, before the event.

Hotel Information: Besides the information that is on the website:
   The hotel is non-smoking, but they do have 12 Smoking Rooms, and smoking is permitted outside the building.
   The hotel will do the best it can to put all attendees in the west end of the hotel. The west parking lot will be roped off, and be for Gathering of Eagles Motorcycles ONLY.
  Registration for the Rally will be in the Hotel Lobby. The Rally Schedule will be released at a later date.
